These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Embra iOS application and related services. By downloading or using Embra, you agree to these terms.

Using Embra

Embra is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the content you create in the app — the moments, impressions, and notes you record about the people in your life. You agree not to use Embra to store content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create in Embra. Your data stays on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account. We do not claim ownership over your memories.

AI synthesis

Embra uses AI to generate Impressions and Life Arcs from the content you provide. These outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or interpretations you disagree with. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-generated content, especially before sharing it with others.

Premium features

Life Arc generation is available as a premium feature via subscription. Payments are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store's terms. A 7-day free trial is available on the annual plan.

Disclaimer

Embra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embra is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Embra after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
